27:25-30. Assistance; county plan In order for a county to be eligible for assistance under this program, the governing body of that county or a group or groups authorized by the governing body shall develop a county plan for that assistance in accordance with the program guidelines. The county plan shall be subject to approval by the board. The county plan shall include, but not be limited to, information as to what transportation services will be provided, the methods that will be utilized to deliver these services, and the anticipated financial costs to be incurred from the implementation of the services and shall also include provision for the coordination of existing or future transportation providers at the county level and for intercounty transportation services.
