Violation constituting violation of law or ordinance if committed in municipality

27:23-32. Violation constituting violation of law or ordinance if committed in municipality If the violation of any provision of this act, or the violation of any regulation adopted by the Authority under the provisions of this act, would have been a violation of law or ordinance if committed on any public road, street or highway in the municipality in which such violation occurred, it shall be tried and punished in the same manner as if it had been committed in such municipality.
