Project addition authorized

27:23-23.1. Project addition authorized The New Jersey Turnpike Authority is authorized to construct, maintain, repair and operate a project addition to the New Jersey Turnpike consisting of a highway at the following location or such part or parts thereof as the New Jersey Turnpike Authority may determine to be suitable for a project as contemplated by this act: Beginning at Route 33 between the City of Trenton and Mercerville in Hamilton Township on the west, from thence easterly to an interchange with the New Jersey Turnpike between Allentown and Robbinsville, thence easterly south of State Highway 33 to, and to connect with or intersect, the Garden State Parkway at one or more locations between the intersection of said parkway with State Highway No. 33 in the vicinity of its intersection with State Highway No. 66 and the intersection of said parkway with State Highway No. 37, in such manner as may be determined by the New Jersey Turnpike Authority to be the most practical route in order to afford convenient access to the New Jersey seashore area.
