27:22-10. Use of funds obtained from highway commissioner; consent required The county may pay its share of the cost of the improvement out of any funds allotted to it by the state highway commissioner if his consent be first obtained. The plans and specifications for the proposed improvement shall be approved by the commissioner before the work is contracted for.
