Act not to limit, alter or impair rights and security of holders under contracts

27:1B-28. Act not to limit, alter or impair rights and security of holders under contracts Nothing in the act shall be deemed or construed so as to limit, alter or impair in any way the rights and obligations of the toll road authorities or other State agencies under the provisions of the contracts made with the holders from time to time of bonds and notes heretofore or hereafter issued by said toll road authorities or other State agencies or in any way impair the rights and security of the holders under the contracts.
