Telecommuting, report to Legislature

27:1B-21.18. Telecommuting, report to Legislature 5. No later than January 1, 2001, the Chief Executive Officer and Secretary of the New Jersey Commerce and Economic Growth Commission, in consultation with the commissioner and the State Treasurer, shall submit a report to the Legislature containing a program to identify sectors of the economy, or specific occupations, which are appropriate for telecommuting to increase telecommuting in the State.
