Time limitation

27:1A-5.3. Time limitation Notwithstanding the time limitation established by section 1 of this act, the commissioner may defend and indemnify any person covered by an agreement which was made by him on or before January 1, 1990. L. 1986, c. 81, s. 2; amended 1987,c.417,s.2.
