Tenure rights; rights under civil service law

27:1A-47. Tenure rights; rights under civil service law Nothing in this act shall be constructed to deprive any person of any tenure rights or of any right or protection provided him by Title 11 of the Revised Statutes, Civil Service, or under any pension law or retirement system.
