27:19-43. Disposition of proceeds of condemnation award for bridge In the event that any such county bridge is acquired in any condemnation proceeding by any such body corporate and politic and public corporate instrumentality of the State of New Jersey and any such other State, the proceeds of any award of damages or other award made to the commission shall be applied, used and distributed in the manner provided in section three hereof with respect to proceeds of a sale.
