Bridge over certain tidal waters; legislative consent

27:19-20. Bridge over certain tidal waters; legislative consent No bridge, viaduct or fixed structure shall be erected over or in any part of the navigable waters separating this state from any other state, where the tide ebbs and flows, without express permission of the legislature of this state to be hereafter given by a statute for that purpose, but nothing in this article shall forbid the erection of docks and wharves.
