Construction; acquisition of property; condemnation

27:18-1. Construction; acquisition of property; condemnation The board of chosen freeholders may lay out, construct and maintain roads or ways, to be called speedways, and to that end acquire lands by purchase, gift, condemnation or otherwise. If the board shall determine to acquire lands by condemnation, the proceedings shall be had under the general law applicable thereto.
