Transfer of funds to commissioners

27:17-9. Transfer of funds to commissioners Upon the election and qualification of the first commissioners elected in any county the board of chosen freeholders shall transfer to the account of the commissioners, in the hands of the county treasurer, the moneys appropriated by the board for the maintenance and repair of such roads, or the unexpended balance thereof.
