Engineers and assistants; entry on lands

27:16-27. Engineers and assistants; entry on lands The board of chosen freeholders may employ all necessary engineers, surveyors, and workmen to carry out the provisions of this chapter. All such persons may at all times enter upon lands for any of the purposes contemplated by this chapter.
