Commissioner to supervise or approve work

27:15A-6. Commissioner to supervise or approve work All work undertaken under this chapter by any county and approved by the State Highway Commissioner shall be done under the supervision and control of the State Highway Commissioner or, if already performed, shall be approved by him and no funds shall be disbursed except with, and upon, the approval of the State Highway Commissioner.
