Maximum percentage of State's share

27:15-1.10. Maximum percentage of State's share The State's share of the cost of any work undertaken pursuant to the provisions of this act shall not exceed ninety per centum (90%) of the total cost of such work. L.1947, c. 62, p. 208, s. 11.
