Contribution by municipalities; resolutions binding

27:14-9. Contribution by municipalities; resolutions binding A resolution passed by the governing body of a municipality through which the road runs, to pay at least ten per cent of the cost of the improvement provided for in section 27:14-2 of this title, shall be binding upon it.
