Improvement of roads along state property; payment by state body

27:14-42. Improvement of roads along state property; payment by state body When a public road is sought to be improved under the provisions of section 27:14-38 of this title, and property of the state fronts or borders thereon, the board of managers or other body having the control and management of such property may consent to the improvement of the road, and may enter into contract therefor in the manner provided by said section 27:14-38 and pay for the improvement out of any moneys appropriated to it.
