Consent to improvement by borough

27:14-32. Consent to improvement by borough Before an improvement is undertaken by a borough by virtue of the provisions of section 27:14-30 of this title the consent and approval of the commissioner and of the board of chosen freeholders of the county in which the borough is situate shall be obtained. The board of chosen freeholders may agree with the borough as to the time and manner of the payment to the borough of the county's share of the cost of the improvement.
