N.J.S.A. 27:13A-11 — Additional aid

27:13A-11. Additional aid Subsequent to the completion of the initial construction, reconstruction or improvement work on any State aid road as provided by this act, the board of chosen freeholders of the county, or the governing body of the municipality, having jurisdiction over such road from time to time may apply to the commissioner for State aid for such further construction, reconstruction or improvement work on such road as may be necessary or desirable to maintain such road as a functional part of the State aid road system. If any such application is approved by the commissioner, the work shall be performed and the State share shall be disbursed according to the terms and conditions governing the initial work.
