N.J.S.A. 27:13-1.3 — Certification of amount by commissioner

27:13-1.3. Certification of amount by commissioner Not later than June 30 of each year the commissioner shall certify to each county and municipality entitled to receive funds therefrom, the amount of aid each such county and municipality shall be entitled to receive for that calendar year pursuant to the "State Aid Road System Act of 1967." For the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968 and each fiscal year thereafter, the commissioner may certify an amount equal to twice the amount appropriated and available for this purpose.
