27:11-14. State road tax not certified in certain cases The comptroller of the treasury need not certify the state road tax to the several counties in any year so long as the revenue derived from the tax levied pursuant to chapter 39 of the title Taxation (s. 54:39-1 et seq.) shall be sufficient to support the sinking fund requirements under the provisions of chapter two hundred and sixty-two of the laws of one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two and chapter one hundred and eighty-one of the laws of one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.
