27:11-12. Municipal and county "state road tax funding bonds, 1934" L.1934, c. 182, p. 436, entitled "An act concerning the payment of past due state road taxes," approved May ninth, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, saved from repeal. [This act provided for the issuance of bonds by municipalities to pay past due state road taxes and also authorized the issuance of bonds by counties which received payments from municipalities on account of the state road tax but failed to pay over such moneys to the state. The act provided the details for the issuance and payment of these bonds which were to be issued and delivered by July 15, 1934, and paid within eight years.]
