26:6-96 Acts modified, limited, superseded. 20. This act shall be deemed to modify, limit, and supersede the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. s.7001 et seq., but not to modify, limit, or supersede Section 101(a) of that act, 15 U.S.C. s.7001(a), or to authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in Section 103(b) of that act, 15 U.S.C. s.7003(b).
