Necessity of death certificate and burial or removal permit

26:6-5.1. Necessity of death certificate and burial or removal permit No person, without securing a proper death certificate and a burial or removal permit, shall: a. Remove a dead body from this State; or b. Bury or make other final disposition of such body in this State. Amended by L.1965, c. 78, s. 3.
