Violations; penalty; recovery

26:4-77. Violations; penalty; recovery Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall be liable to a penalty of fifty dollars ($50.00) to be recovered in a civil action by the local board of the municipality in which the violation occurs. Amended by L.1953, c. 26, p. 476, s. 46.
