Register of reported cases; inspection

26:4-23. Register of reported cases; inspection The facts contained in the report of a communicable disease shall be entered by the officer to whom the report is delivered in a register kept for that purpose. The register shall be subject to the inspection of the local board and its proper officers and to the state department and its officers only.
