Penalty for violation of prohibition

26:4-14. Penalty for violation of prohibition Any person upon whom any such order of prohibition has been served who shall, prior to the removal of the prohibition, transport or sell any milk, cream, skimmed milk or other dairy product contrary to such prohibition, shall be liable to a penalty of one hundred dollars; and any other person who shall knowingly transport or sell any such dairy product so prohibited shall be liable to a penalty of one hundred dollars.
