Liability to penalties in general

26:4-129. Liability to penalties in general Except as otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, a person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or fails to perform any duty imposed by this chapter at the time and in the manner provided, shall be liable to a penalty of not less than ten nor more than one hundred dollars for each offense.
