Violations of article; misdemeanor

26:4-128. Violations of article; misdemeanor Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. On conviction he shall be punished for each offense by a fine not exceeding three thousand dollars, or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year, or both.
