Payment of expenses and fees

26:4-121. Payment of expenses and fees All expenses incurred by, and all fees becoming due to, any port health officer or local board, or any of their employees, for services rendered or duties performed under the provisions of this article or under any regulation prescribed by the state department shall be paid by the master, commander, or owner of the vessel in relation to which the duties shall be performed or services rendered.
