Refusal of permit

26:4-108. Refusal of permit If the local board, or the officer acting for it, has reason to believe that the vessel, or any person, baggage, merchandise or materials on it, is infected with any communicable disease, no permit to land shall be granted, except subject to any regulation or special order prescribed by the state department.
