26:4-105. Landing after removal to quarantine station The master or commander shall not, after the issuance of an order under the provisions of section 26:4-103 of this title, bring his vessel to any landing place within the jurisdiction of the local board, or land any person, baggage, merchandise or materials from the vessel at any place within that jurisdiction, until a permit has been granted by the local board as required in section 26:4-101 of this title.
