Permit to land infected vessel

26:4-101. Permit to land infected vessel No vessel infected with a communicable disease, and no vessel on board of which there is any person, baggage, merchandise or materials infected with such disease, shall be brought to any wharf, nor shall any person or cargo so infected, or person, baggage, merchandise or materials on any vessel so infected, land or be landed at any place until a permit to do so has been obtained from the local board having jurisdiction of the place where it is intended to bring the vessel to wharf, or to land the person, baggage, merchandise or materials.
