Violations; penalty; action for recovery

26:3E-5. Violations; penalty; action for recovery Any restaurant proprietor, or in the case of a public or nonprofit restaurant, manager or administrator who violates the provisions of this act shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $50.00 or more than $100.00 to be sued for and recovered in a civil action commenced by the State in a summary proceeding in the Superior Court pursuant to "the penalty enforcement law" (N.J.S. 2A:58-1 et seq.).
