Instructional posters; preparation and distribution

26:3E-3. Instructional posters; preparation and distribution The Department of Health shall prepare instructional posters and pamphlets which illustrate choke prevention techniques such as the "Heimlich Maneuver" and distribute the posters and pamphlets to local boards of health for distribution to restaurants.
