Imprisonment for failure to pay judgment

26:3-77. Imprisonment for failure to pay judgment The court may cause a defendant who refuses or neglects to pay the amount of a judgment rendered against him and all costs and charges incident thereto, to be committed to the county jail for a period not exceeding ninety days. Amended by L.1953, c. 26, p. 470, s. 25.
