Fee for preparing report

26:3-36. Fee for preparing report The person performing the clerical work necessary in the preparation of the annual report required by section 26:3-35 of this title, upon receiving a certificate from the director of health that such annual report has been duly prepared and received by the director at the time required, shall be entitled to receive from the proper disbursing officer of the municipality for which the report is made the sum of two dollars for such clerical services.
