26:3-20 License necessary for appointment. 26:3-20. No local board shall appoint any person to a position for which a license is required under section 41 of P.L.1947, c.177 (C.26:1A-41) nor employ a person to do work ordinarily performed by a person required to hold a license under that section, who is not the holder of a proper license as such.
