Territorial jurisdiction of local board

26:3-11. Territorial jurisdiction of local board In any township within whose limits any other form of local municipal government exists, the jurisdiction of the local board of the township shall extend only to such parts of the township as are outside of the territorial limits of the other local municipal government. In every other case the jurisdiction of the township board shall be coextensive with the limits of the township.
