26:2R-3.1 Preparation, distribution of informational pamphlet on osteoporosis. 1. The Department of Human Services shall prepare an informational pamphlet which describes the causes and nature of osteoporosis as well as methods which may be used to prevent and treat osteoporosis, including nutrition, diet, physical exercise, and medications. The department shall make a supply of these pamphlets available to all pharmacies registered with the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy for distribution to the public.
