3-year limit

26:2K-23. 3-year limit An intermediate life support program shall not extend beyond three years of the effective date of this act. The commissioner shall report to the Legislature no later than January 15 of each year on the effectiveness of each intermediate life support program. L. 1985, c. 351, s. 4.
