26:2K-13. Provision of life support services; advertisement or dissemination of information prohibited; impersonation of paramedic prohibited 7. a. No person may advertise or disseminate information to the public that the person provides advanced life support services by a mobile intensive care unit unless the person is authorized to do so pursuant to section 6 of P.L.1984, c.146 (C.26:2K-12). b. No person may impersonate or refer to himself or herself as a mobile intensive care paramedic unless the person is licensed or approved therefor, as appropriate.
