Severability

26:2J-30. Severability If any section, term, or provision of this act shall be adjudged invalid for any reason, such judgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate any other section, term, or provision of this act, but the remaining sections, terms, and provisions shall be and remain in full force and effect. L.1973, c. 337, s. 30, eff. Dec. 27, 1973.
