26:2J-26 Filings and reports as public documents. 26. Filings and reports as public documents. All applications, filings and reports required under this act shall be treated as public documents and, except for any examination being conducted pursuant to section 20 of P.L.1997, c.192 (C.26:2J-18.1), any matter pertaining to a change in capital or surplus pursuant to the provisions of P.L.2005, c.65 (C.26:2J-18.2 et al.) and contracts referred to in paragraphs (4) and (5) of subsection c. of section 3 of P.L.1973, c. 337 (C.26:2J-3), shall not be considered to be confidential.
