26:2I-38 Inapplicability of inconsistent laws. 38. All laws, or parts thereof, inconsistent with this act are hereby declared to be inapplicable to the provisions of this act, except as otherwise provided. L.1972,c.29,s.38; amended 1997, c.435, s.20.
