Comptroller of Treasury; powers of examination

26:2I-20. Comptroller of Treasury; powers of examination The Comptroller of the Treasury and his legally authorized representatives are hereby authorized and empowered from time to time to examine the accounts, books and records of the authority, including its receipts, disbursements, contracts, sinking funds, investments and any other matters relating thereto and to its financial standing.
