Contracts; conflict of interest

26:2I-19. Contracts; conflict of interest Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, any member, officer, agent or employee of the authority, or member of the immediate family thereof, who is interested, either directly or indirectly, in any contract or transaction of another with the authority, or in the purchase, sale or lease of any property, either real or personal, to or from the authority, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
