Inapplicability of act to facility operated by and for those who rely exclusively upon treatment by spiritual means

26:2H-51. Inapplicability of act to facility operated by and for those who rely exclusively upon treatment by spiritual means Nothing in this act shall be construed to apply to any skilled or intermediate care nursing facility operated by and for those who rely exclusively upon treatment by spiritual means through prayer for healing in accordance with the levels and practices of any well recognized church or religious denomination.
