Patient or resident; charges for drugs

26:2H-30. Patient or resident; charges for drugs No nursing home or convalescent home may charge a patient or resident for drugs more than the cost thereof to the home plus an amount not in excess of 5% to reimburse the home for the administrative costs of purchasing and dispensing such drugs.
