26:2H-18.81 Rules, regulations. 3. The Commissioner of Health, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt rules and regulations as necessary to implement the provisions of this act. L.2019, c.330, s.3.
